Terms and Conditions
Below are the Terms and Conditions that govern your use of this website and interaction with Kid Speed USA. Any customer who visits our website or makes a purchase (online, offline, Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, Trade-show, in-person, or over the phone) are subject to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and understand that use of this website constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Each product description shows the length of the warranty period.
Returns/Refunds/Cancellations
If you want to return a vehicle or part, it must still be in the original crate/box in new condition, completely unopened, and be returned within 14 days of delivery.
– Buyer pays original and return shipping costs
– A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns, this includes local pickup items which are excluded from the shipping cost surcharges below.
Shipping costs (includes both original and return shipping costs):
– Karts and most Dirt Bikes – $400
– ATV’s – $260
While these costs may seem excessive, our costs are higher than this for a return, which is why we’ll work to assist you to get your purchase to a point where you area happy with it.
Please contact us if you need to initiate a return.
You can cancel your order and receive a full refund minus within 2 hours of placing your order or up until your order has shipped (whichever is greater). Once the item(s) have shipped, a 20% restocking fee will apply to all cancellations in addition to all freight charges incurred. You can also email us at sales@kidspeedusa.com to cancel your order, however, if we do not get to your email requesting to cancel your order and your order is shipped you will be held liable for all freight charges and return fees.
If you have received the wrong vehicle or part and/or the wrong vehicle color, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. If you do not notify us within 7 days of this matter, we will not be able to send a replacement or accept it back for return.
Please allow up to 5 business days to receive your refund.
Waiver of Liability
By purchasing any items on this website, you acknowledge and agree to be above 18 years of age. You acknowledge and understand that riding any vehicle purchased from Kid Speed USA can be a dangerous activity that requires a level of skill. You understand that these activities can result in serious injury to the person as well as damages to property. You voluntarily assume any and all risk associated with loss, damage or injury while riding the vehicles sold on our website. You agree to release and forever discharge Kid Speed LLC and their agents, servants, employees, officers, directors, trustees and all other persons or entities acting on their behalf and the manufacturer from any and all claims, actions, damages, liabilities, cost or expenses and attorney fees which are related to, arise out of, or are in any way connected to your participation or use of these vehicles, use of equipment or property supplied by Kid Speed LLC whether or not such claims, actions, damages, liability, cost or expenses are caused by the negligence of the seller, manufacturer or distributor. Kid Speed LLC is not liable for any bodily injury or death resulting from failure to properly assemble the vehicle. It is the responsibility of the buyer to watch assembly videos, ask the seller any questions the buyer might have about assembling, and become fully knowledgeable on how to assemble the vehicle prior to assembling the vehicle. By this Agreement, it is your intention as the buyer to surrender and waive any rights to sue or exercise any legal rights to seek damages from Kid Speed LLC or its agents, servants, employees, officers, directors, trustees and all other persons or entities acting on their behalf. This agreement shall be affecting and binding upon heirs, agents, personal representatives and assigns. You have carefully read and acknowledge that you understand and agree to all the Terms and Conditions. You have had the opportunity to ask any and all questions regarding this Agreement and the affect of the same. You are aware that by purchasing an item and sending/remitting payment for the item, you assume all risk, and waive and release certain substantial rights that you may have or possess. You therefore release all liability and waive all rights in regards to activities with any items purchased from Kid Speed LLC.
The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) adheres to a strict age-group guideline to ensure the utmost safety of riders. Before operation of a vehicle, please check that the user falls within the appropriate age groups outlined by the manufacture. This information can be found on each manufacturers website. We also recommend to contact us if you cannot find this information or if you have concerns regarding the legal riding age requirements. Common rider age listed on each product listing is NOT an age recommendation or should be used to fit your child to a certain vehicle. It is simply feedback from customers based on their child’s age and the vehicle they purchased. We recommend that all riders operating a motor vehicle purchased from us should be 16 years in age or older.

Credit Card Charge-backs
By purchasing a product from Kid Speed USA, upon shipment of the product, you waive your right to chargeback your credit card under any circumstance and will handle any and all issues in accordance to each of our policies. The chargeback process is expensive and time consuming for the merchant and issues can be resolved in an efficient matter by allowing our team to work with you. Kid Speed USA reserves the right to pursue legal action to collect the funds disputed plus any and all incurred cost in doing so. You’ll also be reported to the authorities for charge-back fraud as well as a collection agency if funds are not recovered in a timely manner. The first step is always to contact us.

Sometimes, we do receive inaccurate information about a product from manufacturers. If you are buying something on our website and are concerned the description is inaccurate, please contact us before making your purchase.
Price Changes
There are no refunds or reimbursements if prices change after you have placed your order. Kid Speed USA is not responsible for typographical, technical or descriptive errors. Kid Speed USA reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing.
State Laws on Motor Vehicles
Please check your states laws regarding vehicle emission regulations prior to making a purchase from Kid Speed USA to ensure your vehicle complies with state laws. Every attempt is made to highlight where a state does not approve of a product we sell. We are not responsible if your vehicle cannot be licensed and/or registered and will not accept any returns relating to this. Due to CARB regulations in California many of our vehicles cannot be registered in that state meaning you will not be able to title the vehicle in CA. Please check with us first before ordering if the vehicle you are interested is CARB approved.
Vehicle and Parts Manufacturer Warranty
This section of our terms and conditions explains the warranty coverage that applies to your new powersport product. Please read it carefully so you understand the extent of coverage on your new vehicle.
All products and parts sold on our website are covered by a manufacturer parts only limited warranty that will be facilitated through Kid Speed USA. Wear items, labor and shipping costs are not covered under the manufacturer limited warranty. Any extended warranty purchased follows all the same terms outlined in this Terms and Conditions.
We recommend only allowing licensed and/or authorized technicians to handle ANY repair the vehicle may need to avoid any physical harm, vehicle crash, and/or any additional damage to the vehicle that may be a result of improperly repairing the vehicle. Kid Speed USA is NOT responsible for any vehicle repair or part replacement performed on the vehicle including any repairs performed by the customer and/or licensed and authorized technician or dealership.
The manufacturer limited warranty and any extended warranties purchased are not transferable and is valid for the original purchaser only.

Damage Caused By The Following Is Not Covered Under Warranty
Unavoidable natural disasters, fire, collision, theft, improper storage or transportation, negligence of the periodic maintenance, accidents whether at fault or not, extreme riding, racing, competition riding, improper use, repair, adjustment or maintenance, using the product as a rental vehicle or for commercial use, riding over the manufacturer suggested weight capacity, unauthorized modification made to the product, operation of the vehicle when it is overheating, or installing performance parts or components on the vehicle that change the original engineering. The manufacturer limited warranty and any extended warranty purchased does not cover damage caused by, or resulting from, any other reason besides a manufacturer’s defect.
Vehicle Owner’s Responsibility
It is the responsibility of the owner to maintain and care for the vehicle as outlined in the owner’s manual. Owners must service and maintain the vehicle in accordance with the owner’s manual. All service and maintenance should be performed by an authorized dealer or a reputable repair shop. Periodic maintenance and inspections are considered regular maintenance and are not subject to warranty claims or reimbursement.
Shipping Policy & Delays
Kid Speed USA ships to the lower 48 United States. We cannot ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, or Mexico.
How long will it take to get my product?
Kid Speed USA uses Fedex for the smaller items and parts and LTL Freight for the large items like Go Karts. Shipping costs are very high and we do not offer expedited shipping due to the high cost. Products being shipped by LTL freight can take between 10 to 28 days from shipping, depending on where you are in the country.Shipping is incredibly challenging right now but we’ll do our best to get you the product quickly and minimize any delays on our end. Currently, shipping delays are extremely common with all shipping companies. We cannot be responsible for late deliveries.
Can you deliver to my apartment building or condominum?
Maybe. Smaller items that ship via Fedex are usually OK if you can normally receive Fedex packages. LTL freight cannot ship to any building that requires delivery to upper floors (2nd level or higher). Freight items are delivered on allets and can only be delivered where this pallet jack (picture on the right) can be wheeled to. Please also keep in mind the freight trucks are very large and cannot fit into tight parking lots or anywhere they can’t turn around.
What will you require for delivery?
A phone number is needed for freight shipping and in most cases a signature will be required upon delivery.
Is my product insured against shipping damage?
Yes, but please keep in mind that it’s normal for large products like this to incur scrapes and bumps during shipping. This is true whether you order from us or the largest retailers. In many cases there is movement inside the box and some pieces may have to be adjusted for assembly. Please contact us immediately if you believe your product has excessive damage. Shipments cannot be refused for delivery. If you receive your item(s) in unsatisfactory condition due to shipment damage or are missing an item(s), you must still accept the shipment and note on the shipping BOL(bill of lading) the damage. For any reason you are unable to meet the driver at a mutual location to receive your order you will still be responsible for all fees listed below. You must also notify within 2 business days by filing a claim on our website or emailing us at sales@kidspeedusa.com. If a shipment is refused for any reason, the customer will be held liable for all shipping costs including original and return shipping, restocking fee, and any other additional fees charged by the shipping company. If your item does not ship within 14 business days (excluding time waiting for customer to provide requested further information to ship product ), you can request to receive a full refund and cancel your order.
Shipping Damages/Lost Item(s)
If you receive a damaged unit, part or accessory, you must notify us within 2 business days of the issue so we may file a claim on your behalf and ensure you receive the necessary replacement in a timely manner. Products may not be refused for delivery under any circumstance. In the event of delivery refusal, you will be responsible for all shipping costs and an additional 20% restocking fee. Once the product has been assembled, fueled, or used in any way, it CANNOT be returned for any reason.
Breach of Contract
The Terms and Conditions here serve as a final and binding agreement between Kid Speed USA and you, the user/buyer. In the event of a breach of this contract, initiated by you, you agree to pay any costs associated with collection of payment due or removal from any Public Communication medium, any harassing, abusive, defamatory, threatening, hateful or offensive statements about, obscene or indecent language about, or images or other materials that violate the law regarding Kid Speed USA, its products or its employees caused by you; including but not limited to: collections fees, attorney costs, court costs and associated costs.
